Improves all [[Oil wellrefinery|Oil wellsrefineries]] of a [[corporation]] in the [[region]] it is installed in to produce 1x [[Jet fuel]] instead of 1x [[Gasoline]] every 30 seconds. This is the only way to produce [[Jet fuel]].
The u version makes it produce 1x [[Jet fuel]] in 8 seconds instead of 30 seconds.
