Improves all [[Oil well|Oil wells]] of a [[corporation]] in the [[region]] it is installed in to produce 1x [[Jet fuel]] instead of 1x [[Gasoline]]every 30 seconds. This is the only way to produce [[Jet fuel]].
The u version makes it produce 16x 1x [[Jet fuel]] in 8 seconds instead of 30 seconds. and the uu version produces 80x [[Jet fuel]].
