Improves all [[Oil well|Oil wells]] of a [[corporation]] in the [[region]] it is installed in to produce [[Jet fuel]] instead of [[Gasoline]]. This is the only way to produce [[Jet fuel]].
The u version makes it produce 16x [[Jet fuel]], in 8 seconds instead of 30 seconds. and the uu version produces 80x [[Jet fuel]]. It is 5x more powerful to have a uu version versus u version. This is the only way to produce [[Jet fuel]].
